Delivery Times

Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard UK Deliveries: 3–7 working days
  • Large Fireplaces, Media Walls & Specialist Items: 5–10 working days

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

We currently deliver throughout mainland United Kingdom.

Some remote locations may require additional delivery time, including:

  • Scottish Islands
  • Isle of Wight
  • Isle of Man
  • Northern Ireland
  • Channel Islands

Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

For larger items delivered by specialist freight carriers, the courier may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Large & Heavy Item Deliveries

Many fireplaces, media walls, radiators and heating products are large or heavy items.

Please be aware that:

  • Deliveries are generally made to the kerbside or nearest accessible point.
  • Customers may need assistance moving large items into the property.
  • Suitable access must be available for delivery vehicles.

If you have any concerns regarding access, please contact us before placing your order.

Receiving Your Order

We recommend inspecting your delivery as soon as possible after receipt.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours and provide photographs where possible. This allows us to resolve the issue quickly with the courier or manufacturer.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:

  • Leave the parcel in a designated safe place
  • Leave the parcel with a neighbour
  • Leave instructions to rearrange delivery
